Whiting, Leisure Village West, Crestwood Village and Cedar Glen. Single-level homes, quick clean installs, floors that are easy to live with.
Manchester is Whiting and the adult communities: Leisure Village West, Crestwood Village, Cedar Glen, and the single-level homes and condos around them off Route 70 and Route 37. The jobs here are specific. Owners moving in want the old carpet out and something clean and low-maintenance in before the furniture arrives. Owners selling want a fresh floor that photographs well without overspending. Everyone wants a crew that shows up when it said it would, works quietly, and leaves the unit spotless. Frankie brings carpet, luxury vinyl and laminate samples to the unit, quotes it in the room, and his own crew installs, usually in a day. Manchester is about twenty minutes south of Howell.
Every one of these rides to Manchester as real samples, priced in your room at up to 70% off retail.
Plush, berber, frieze and stair runners, with padding that is actually padded.
See carpet →Solid and engineered, picked under your own light, nailed or glued as the house calls for.
See hardwood →Twelve millimetre boards, not the thin stuff, for a wood look at a family budget.
See laminate →Waterproof, 22 mil wear layer, the answer for kitchens, basements and shore houses.
See luxury vinyl plank →Yes, all of them. Frankie is used to the community rules, the parking, and owners who want the job done in a day with the unit left clean.
For most single-level units it is a good carpet in the bedrooms and waterproof luxury vinyl in the kitchen and main living area. Easy to clean, easy to live with, and it shows well at resale.
